I will be recommending Ranger to everyone I can... Best customer service ever. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this company. They have gone out of their way from the first time I contacted them to make sure we had a great experience. They just finished installing a whole new system!!! It took two days and they worked almost 12 hours the second day to get it done and functional so we would have heat for the night. I was blown away by how cleanly they installed everything. Their technicians are knowledgeable and very friendly. I will be recommending Ranger to everyone I can.

We should have done it sooner! Everything from sales to post installation was great. All went as explained and expected. Ryan, from sales, has been super with his knowledge and care. The system is great. We should have done it sooner. Ryan is great.

Ranger got it right! It's rare to get top shelf customer service along with a top shelf product. We made the leap to get a heat pump mini split system to replace our gas furnace. A little scary, but Ranger made it an easy decision. Everyone that I dealt with at Ranger was very knowledgeable and they are clearly committed to their customer having a positive experience. I'm very impressed. Ranger got it right!

Great team! They showed up on time, every time they came out, they were clear and upfront about the time and the cost, they cleaned up everything. The installers made sure we knew how to work our new system. We were so happy with the salesman, customer service on the phone, and the installers. Great team!

I felt confident...I was extremely impressed with estimate I received from Ranger. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the options available to me. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. I felt confident in their recommendations and commitment to providing quality service.

We chose to stay with Ranger... We made an appointment with Ranger to have our home evaluated for installing a cooling system. It was comforting seeing a familiar face when Ryan was at my door today. Ryan and team were out to install our new furnace back in 2021. We chose to stay Ranger with due to the exceptional service they provide. Ryan presented all options available and answered all questions in great detail as we thought of them. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and asked questions about our wants/needs with the cooling unit and set clear expectations on what to expect going forward. Thank you Ryan ;>)

Yes. Modern heat pumps are designed to operate efficiently in climates like Western Washington, where winters are cool but not extreme. Today’s high-efficiency systems can continue providing heat even when outdoor temperatures drop, and many models include advanced technology that helps maintain comfort during colder periods. In the Pacific Northwest, heat pumps perform especially well because the climate stays within their optimal operating range for most of the year, making them a reliable and energy-efficient heating solution.
In many homes, yes. A heat pump can provide both heating and cooling, allowing it to replace a traditional furnace and air conditioner with a single, efficient system. This can simplify maintenance, reduce equipment in your home, and improve overall efficiency. During a free in-home estimate, a technician will evaluate your home’s layout, insulation, and ductwork to determine whether a heat pump can fully replace your existing system or if a hybrid setup would be the best fit.
Most heat pump installations are completed in one to two days, depending on the complexity of the job and whether any ductwork or electrical upgrades are needed. Homes that already have compatible ductwork may be completed faster, while larger or more customized installations can take a bit longer. Before any work begins, you’ll receive a clear timeline so you know exactly what to expect and can plan accordingly.
Yes. Financing options are available to help make upgrading to a high-efficiency heat pump more affordable by spreading the cost over manageable monthly payments. Many homeowners choose financing so they can install a more efficient system right away and start benefiting from improved comfort and potential energy savings. During your estimate, available financing plans and any applicable rebates or incentives will be reviewed so you can choose the option that works best for your budget.
